Overview

MemoAIr Labs ("we", "us") builds realtime voice infrastructure. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. This is a demo policy for an early-access product and will be updated before general availability.

Information we collect

• Account data - name, email, organization when you join the waitlist or create an account.
• Usage data - API requests, latency metrics, error logs used to operate the service.
• Voice payloads - audio you send through the API is processed in-memory and not retained unless you explicitly opt in.

How we use data

To deliver and improve the service, prevent abuse, communicate with you about your account, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data and we do not train foundation models on your voice payloads.

Data sharing

We share data only with sub-processors required to operate the service (cloud hosting, observability, billing) under contractual confidentiality obligations.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@memoair.space.
